  • Information you provide to use when you subscribe to our newsletters, updates, or other publications, including your name and email address; and

  • Any other personal information you provide to us through our Websites.

We may also collect certain other information automatically when you visit our Websites, including through cookies, which are small files placed on your device to store data that can be recalled by the Website, pixels, web beacons, and other similar technologies provided by third parties, such as the following:

Your Choices

You may choose not to provide the personal information we request. However, not providing information we request may restrict your ability to use certain features on our Websites. For example, we will not be able to respond to your request for a quote if you do not provide your email or phone number on our “Contact Us” form.

Currently, our Websites do not respond to browser “do-not-track” signals, but you may be able to opt out by turning off cookies in the preferences settings in your browser or using other similar functionality or tools. Personal Information We Process on Behalf of Our Clients

The products and services we provide to our business customers may cause us to receive, collect, use, disclose, or otherwise process personal information relating to you and other individuals on behalf of and at the direction of those business customers, including information related to energy usage and energy infrastructure, billing and invoice details, and payment information, including financial account numbers and information related to Bitcoin payments. That information is not subject to this Policy. Instead, we process that information at the direction of, and pursuant to our agreement or arrangement with, those business customers. If you have further questions about the handling of personal information that our business customers process, please contact the relevant customer directly.

Changes to this Policy 

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our privacy practices at any time and without prior notice to you. When we do so, we will update the effective and last updated date above. We encourage you to periodically review this Policy for the latest information on our privacy practices.
